Please note that shipping time is in addition to our processing time.

Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to hand-craft and package your order.

Shipping Time: This begins once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail.

 

UK Shipping Options

We exclusively use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to ensure your parcels are handled with care and provide you with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Tracked 48 Shipping on all orders over £50.

This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress on the Royal Mail website.

 

Important Information

Working Days: Delivery times refer to working days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Estimates: While Royal Mail aims to meet these guidelines, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., peak seasonal periods or postal delays).

Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
